Da es zu dieser Zeit oft schwer war an frische Milch zu kommen, wurde 1870 das Dairy (Molkerei, Milchfarm) gebaut. Auf der Wiese davor grasten K\u00fche und Ziegen, hier bekamen die Stadtkinder Milch und andere Erfrischungen. Nach dem das H\u00e4uschen mit der Zeit zusehends verfiel, wurde es 1979 restauriert und dient heute als Besucherzentrum.
